Below is a list of questions we have been frequently asked from our clients.
“Does not the deposit fee secure my booking?”
No it does not. Only full payment of the games secures your booking.
“I have paid half the amount. Will pay the other half after I return the games.”
We cannot accept half payments as securing your booking under any circumstances. Only full payment is accepted as a booking.
“Can I pay in cash when I collect the games?”
Yes you may, although we cannot guarantee that games you wanted will still be available for you when you collect it. That is why we much rather prefer you pay via EFT, as it immediately secures your booking and avoids disappointment.
“Do you have a showroom? Can I come and view the games beforehand?”
All of our games are in storage, and we only bring the specific games out on the day of collection. They are not for viewing otherwise. You are welcome to look at the gallery and price list of our games on our website.
“Do we have branches in Eastern Cape, Durban, and Johannesburg?”
At the moment we are only situated in the Western Cape. But we are looking to expand in those areas. If you have any further inquires on this matter, feel free to email us at email@example.com.
“Do you require power and water?”
We only require power for our Jumping Castles, Slip & Slide, and Air Hockey. You have to supply your own lead for this. We only require water for our Dunk Tank, for which a hose must be nearby.
“What if it is raining and our party is outside?”
Please check beforehand if the weather on the day of your event will be suitable. As we will not refund you on account of the weather after your event.
“How long is the hire period?”
Hiring for our items is per day. Additional days will be added cost.
“How far in advance can I book the games?”
You can book the games at your soonest convenience after you make payment. That way we can immediately reserve your booking.
“Are you able to deliver and collect games within the Western Cape?”
We deliver as far as Simonstown, to Somerset West, Paarl, and Atlantis. Any distance beyond that you will have to organize a courier.
“What if I damage the games and what is considered damage?”
If the games returned are damaged, broken, or missing, then we have to forfeit your whole deposit.
“Do the games have to be cleaned before I return them?”
All games are cleaned before we hand them over to you. So we expect them to be returned clean. If they are returned dirty and filthy, we forfeit your deposit.
“Do you set up all the games?”
For all the games that we deliver, yes we do set them up and break down at the end of your event.
